Cancellation Policy:
If you request to reschedule to another open
date for any reason (rain included), you may do so by
contacting
us via email ASAP. If it's going to rain on your rental day
or you'd like to cancel for any reason, you may do so by
contacting
us ASAP. Upon cancellation, you'll receive a full refund
of the price paid within 2-5 working days *on average. We ask
if your going to cancel your rental, to please give us as much
notice as possible so we can offer your canceled unit to another
renter.
Late
Return / Extra Day Policy: Rentals are to be
returned by the customer (if rental was non-delivery) by the
rental due date at 10am. We must ask that you return rental by
10am so other customers picking up between 10am and 11am will have
rental available. If rental is returned late, a 1/2 day rental
charge will be billed to the renter, as this will delay our
customers rental time or requested moonwalk. If you would like
to keep for an extended time frame, you may do so, if that unit
is available on those days. Extra days or 1/2 days can be
added, when available, and will be billed to your credit card.
Rain / Weather policy:
In the event that Rain or Strong Weather is
to fall on your rental day, you can reschedule to another day
without loosing your deposit (check unit availability).
Sorry, we can't setup in rain or strong weather (winds 15mph+).
Any and all units not described as a water ride or slide, should
not get wet! Cover unit with tarp provided. Any unit returned
wet will be billed a $100 cleaning fee. Do not use a hose,
water balloons or water guns inside the units.
